Owner Michael Allain, DPT
Michael W Allain, is the owner of Allain Physical Therapy located in Bedford, New Hampshire, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from in 1994 at St. Lawrence University with a Bachelor of Sciences in Biology and Chemistry and has over 24 years of diverse experience, especially in Physical Therapy. While attending college he was a member of the Division 1 varsity hockey team and also worked with the varsity football, golf, and soccer teams. In 1998, he graduated from the University of Western Ontario in London, Canada, with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
Michael is certified by the PGA as a Strengthen Your Game (SYG) therapist, a program developed to address the unique requirements of the golf athlete. He has enjoyed furthering his education via post-graduate courses including Strain-Counter Strain, Myofascial Release, Movement Impairment Syndrome by Shirley Sahrmann, SYG – Golf. In his spare time, Michael and his wife attend many school sport activities, and also enjoys skiing, hiking, golf, hockey and traveling.
Mike is accepting new patients and available for appointments, preventative care, medical care as well as ongoing patient care..
Marie McGee PT
Marie is a 2002 graduate of University of Massachusetts, Lowell with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy graduating with high honors. She also received the “clinical excellence’s award” during her training for her Master’s. Prior to her graduate degree, she earned a Bachelor’s of Science from Bridgewater State University. During her undergraduate years, she played competitive basketball and soccer. Marie has worked in different outpatient orthopedic settings where she has experience with multiple orthopedic injuries, neurological/ pediatric conditions and sports related injuries of all ages. She has a particular interest in biomechanics and alignment of the body. Marie enjoys using her manual therapy skills and likes to analyze dysfunctional movement patterns where she can retrain the body to obtain more efficient motion. When Marie is not at the clinic she enjoys spending time with her husband, Steve and three children, Colleen, Andrew and Sean. Her children are actively involved in sports where she and her husband enjoy watching their games and events on the weekends. She also enjoys time with family and friends as well as biking, skiing, boating and photography. Marie is licensed to practice Physical Therapy in New Hampshire and is accepting new patients!
Chris Giroux PTA
Chris is a 2016 graduate of Mount Washington College where he obtained an Associates in Science in the Physical Therapist Assistant program. Following graduation, he worked in a skilled nursing facility before joining the Allain Physical Therapy team in 2017. Chris enjoys treating all types of orthopedic patients with the goal of returning each person back to their highest level of function possible. A New Hampshire native, Chris grew up in Goffstown and played ice hockey for Goffstown High School for all four years. In his free time you can find him playing hockey, working out at the gym, drumming, or being outside enjoying nature.
Angela Iozzo PT, DPT
Angela studied at Simmons College, receiving a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She graduated in 2014 from her graduate program, and has been a practicing PT since that time. She specializes in orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapy. Angela has taken Pelvic Health levels 1 and 2 through the Section on Women's Health of the American Physical Therapy Association. She has also taken supplemental pelvic health continuing education courses.
Angela feels strongly about developing a strong patient-therapist relationship, and focusing on the patient as a whole to help assist them in their recovery. Angela believes that each person is different, and will work with the patient to create a treatment plan that best fits their needs and goals.

Peter Kapetan, PT
Peter joined us in December 2023. He earned his degree in Physical Therapy from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, where he grew up. He has over 35 years of experience in manual therapy including: Orthopedics, Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Release. Peter prides himself on assessing individual patients physical therapy needs and providing patient centered skilled care.
Peter has enjoyed the opportunity to treat patients in Canada, Louisiana , Massachusetts and New Hampshire, where he settled down to raise his family.
Along with his travels, Peter enjoys various cultures and languages. He is fluent in English, Greek, French an some Spanish. Outside work, Peter enjoys being with his family and with his wife Melanie: raising their two daughters. Peter is accepting new patients.

Lisa Douris
Lisa has worked in the medical field for over 30 years. She brings us extensive experience in billing and administrative capabilities, and can provide you with expert advice and counseling about any insurance or billing inquiries that you may have, and can assist in any other aspect of your experience at Allain Physical Therapy.
Lisa loves meeting new people and helping them with their physical therapy needs. She keeps the day to day office operations running smoothly. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her family playing golf, tennis, and has been showing/breeding/training dogs and horses for over 15 years.
